Frequently Asked Questions 


What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. Choose the option that is most convenient for you during the checkout process.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do offer international shipping (however not all countries are available at this time). During the checkout process, select your country from the list of available shipping destinations. Please note that international shipping may be subject to customs fees or import duties.

How long does shipping take?
I ship out once a week unless I am traveling for a convention. I am one person with an assistant occasionally so sometimes it takes a bit longer. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (roughly 1-2 weeks for domestic orders in the USA). Thank you for your patience. 

What is your return/exchange policy?
I do not accept returns at this time. If an item is damaged upon arrival please lease contact SINISTERSQUIDS@GMAIL.COM . Include your order confirmation number and if possible a photo of the damaged goods. I offer either a re-shipment or a refund of the damaged items

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package through the shipping carrier's website.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to SINISTERSQUIDS@GMAIL.COM as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or modified.

What if my order arrives to the wrong destination?
Before ordering please check that the address entry information is correct. Should any changes need to be made please notify me immediately at SINISTERSQUIDS@GMAIL.COM. All addresses are created directly from what the customer has entered. Items that have been shipped to an incorrect address given by the customer cannot be refunded or re-shipped. 

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes, I offer wholesale and bulk pricing for certain products. Contact SINISTERSQUIDS@GMAIL.COM for more information, catalogue and pricing details.
